Noro AI provides AI-powered trading analysis delivered instantly after purchase. Because our product is a digital service with immediate access, refunds are limited. This policy explains when a refund may apply and how to request a review.
General principles
- Immediate access: Most purchases grant instant access to features and updates.
- Fair use: We review refund requests to prevent abuse while protecting legitimate customers.
- Payment providers: Transactions are handled by third-party processors; their timelines may affect outcomes.
Eligibility
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate.
- Unauthorized charge: Contact us immediately if you did not authorize a transaction. We will investigate and coordinate with the processor.
- Technical issues: If you experience a persistent technical problem that prevents use and our team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, a pro-rated or full refund may be considered.
Note: Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind once access is delivered.
Subscriptions
- Monthly plan: You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not typically refund partially used months.
- Yearly plan: Offers a discounted rate. If a qualifying issue occurs (see Eligibility), we may provide a pro-rated refund from the date of request.
How to request a refund
Email support@noroai.plus or message t.me/noroaiplus with:
- Payment email used and order date
- Plan (monthly or yearly)
- Brief description of the issue, plus screenshots if available
We’ll acknowledge your request and review it promptly. If approved, funds are returned via the original payment method. Processor timelines vary.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, please contact us first. We can often resolve faster than a formal dispute and ensure your access isn’t interrupted during review.
